Hands Only Health Fair In-Person
The Hands Only Health Fair is not only a health fair but a fun and interactive event. This event aims to address as many needs from the community as possible, starting with being screened for diabetes and high blood pressure. Those with abnormal findings can receive instant education from a provider on site. Over 30 other booths of community resources for a wide variety of needs will be on site. A bounce house and other family fun, food, PRIZES and more.
