What We Get Wrong About Presentations and How to Fix It (Training Magazine Network) Online
The real presentation magic comes from the effort before opening PowerPoint or setting foot on a stage. Even a visual - a slide - is a consequence of the message, how clear you are about it, and how much time you’ve invested in developing it. A slide is just a picture of what’s in the presenter’s head. This session looks at the biggest mistakes we make while preparing a presentation: working on our concept, story, messaging, and visuals. Things we think about are not always things we should think about. We’ll explore the “how it’s usually done” approach and compare it to proven recipes that increase your chances of getting a YES.
